one of the more powerful experiences we can have in community occurs within the context of intentionally exploring and being witnessed in our grief.
our grief is not a symptom to fix, but a portal in which we are able to open our hearts and be with the true nature of living. the adventure of being here in a mortal body will always include the ceremonies of change and loss, and moving through sorrow and acknowledging the sensations of grief is an experience many of us have not given ourselves full permission to do in our adulthood.
each meeting of the grief circle will begin with a reading and a small teaching on grief, followed by an open invitation to share and be witnessed.
the grief circle will meet on six tuesdays from 5:30p-7p MT via zoom beginning on july 7th.
you are not required to attend all calls, but please do not register if you will need to miss more than three of our circles so that we can ensure the cultivation of consistent community. these calls will not be recorded.
